Aligned Goals
Our goals are aligned. I'll "run interference" with the mortgage lender who’s going to fund the loan. I attempt to do everything possible to make it easy and smooth, so you don't have to worry about closing and can focus on building your pipeline of new loans.
I'll jump through the hoops with appraisals, inspections, title insurance, escrow, notaries and more - as you know can be the most time consuming aspects of getting the loans closed.
There is no out of pocket expense as we are paid through escrow - and if a loan does not close, we don't get paid!
